The original lot was purchased and established by Michael Dzerneyko as a poultry farm in 1930. His son George Dzerneyko, fresh out of high school, started converting the farm into a dairy operation in the 1950's. Over the years the dairy, Dzerneyko Bros Farm, grew to a herd of 50 milkers. Although George sold the cows and retired in the fall of 1996, he continued to harvest the hay from the fields with help from his daughter Theresa, then Dzerneyko, now Clark, her husband Chad Clark, and their children, George's grandkids. Gradually he stepped back until has passing in 2017.

The family farm was purchased by Theresa and Chad Clark in 2017. They now head up the operations with the help of their three hardworking children, Brandon, Kaitlyn, and Ryan. The 70 tillable acres is all utilized for timothy hay. The family prides itself on investing in the ground and equipment to produce high quality hay for their customers.
